This policy explains what information Various Artists Festival collects when you visit this website or purchase tickets to our event, and how that information is used.
If you contact us directly by email or social media, we collect whatever information you choose to share, such as your name and message content, so that we can respond to you.
If you purchase tickets, that transaction is processed entirely by our ticketing partner, Ticket Tailor, not by us directly. Ticket Tailor collects and processes information such as your name, email address, and payment details in order to complete your purchase. We encourage you to review Ticket Tailor's own privacy policy for details on how they handle your information.
We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries, communicate important event updates to ticket holders, and improve the experience of the festival and this website. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
This website uses third-party services, including Ticket Tailor for ticket sales, to operate. These services may collect information according to their own privacy policies, which are separate from and not controlled by Various Artists Festival.
If you have questions about this privacy policy or how your information is handled, reach out to us at variousartistsfest@gmail.com or on Instagram @variousartistsfest.
